Other than our tasting room, our wines are available at a wonderful little specialty grocery, By The Spoonful, in Mcgregor, Iowa. Click on the link below for more information:
Also, 3 of Madigan's most popular wines, Blanc Celeste, Watershed Red, and Grape Expectations, are available at Heaven Boutique Winery, in Fayette, Iowa. Link below:
And if you are in Tipton, Iowa, The Pour House now carries many of our wines. Link Below:
Our apologies, but we are not hosting van-loads, bus trips, wedding parties, ATV or UTVs. Please limit your group size to 6 or fewer both in the tasting room and outdoors, our space is limited. No alcoholic beverage carry-ins allowed, as this can create an undue liability. Thank you.
ATVs/UTVs:
We enter our 9th year in 2024. For our first 6 years we had no rules other than those mandated by state and federal winery licensure, which remain in effect. Within that time frame, based on our experiences, we discovered a need to impose certain guidelines. For one, we had too many issues with UTVers. Of course, some UTV visitors to our winery were not problematic, however, we cannot stand at the top of our driveway and allow some to stay and reject others. We must be consistent; that's fair.
Luckily, UTVers have hundreds of miles of roads in Allamakee Co. that they can explore and enjoy and many businesses to patronize along the way. We encourage that. We ask all UTVers to not discard empty beverage cans along the roadways. Please help keep Iowa beautiful. Thank you.
Otherwise, come to our winery on any other conveyance; a bike, motorcycle, trike, scooter, car, truck, x-wing, hot-air-balloon, hang-glider, personal drone, time-travel-portal, and we'll be happy to see you. Our wine, we're a winery after all, if that's what you'd like to try, tastes the same no matter how you get here. Thank you.
